I needed a thoughtful, sensitive and elegant arrangement to send to a dear person for her loss. Ella promised she would perosnally see to it, as I was calling from out-of-state. Not only did she ensure it was delivered first, but she sent me a personal note to comfort me that "it was all taken care of." The recipient loved the beautiful gesture.
